SampleWise Elektrotechnik
As an electrical engineer specialized in biomedical imaging and signal processing, I offer customized technical solutions that are practical, efficient, and future-oriented.
Dr. Ing. Malte Riedel
I am Malte Riedel, a freelance electrical engineer specializing in advanced signal processing and biomedical imaging, with a strong focus on MRI image reconstruction and motion correction. With a background in electrical and medical engineering and over 9 years of experience in academic and applied signal processing, I help research institutions and technology-driven companies turn complex imaging challenges into robust, high-performance solutions.
I hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering and have led image reconstruction research at ETH Zurich in close collaboration with industry partners such as Philips Research. My work has enabled reliable imaging even under challenging conditions such as subject motion, unlocking higher image quality and anatomical detail. Based in Hamburg, I am available for freelance consulting and collaborative projects—feel free to get in touch to discuss your engineering challenges.
